We sell only items in 3 possible conditions:
- NEW: When the item is in brand new condition either in a sealed package or original box, and has never been used.
- USED: When the item shows signs of wear but it is in working condition.
- UNTESTED / FOR PARTS OR REPAIR: When the item is sold either in UNTESTED or NOT WORKING condition, for the parts only OR when we have tested the item at least to power on, but we are not sure that it is fully working.
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS THAT ARE SOLD AS UNTESTED or FOR PARTS OR REPAIR
We might consider returns to items that are sold as NEW or USED only under the following conditions:
The item is not as described in the listing.
- The item is “dead on arrival” (DOA), you notified us within 7 business days of delivery, and the item type is covered under our 14-day warranty. Note that this does not cover damage incurred during shipping or installation or use; it only means that your item should work to the extent we described it.
- If the item returned was sold as NEW or USED, we will charge a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE.
We only accept PAYPAL payments and Credit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through the PAYPAL payment processing. You don’t need to have a PayPal account in order to pay with your Credit Card. All payments are secured through PayPal payments processing.
We charge Sales Tax to all items shipped to Texas or customers located in TEXAS, current Sales Tax rate is 8.25%
If you have a Texas Re-Seller Certificate, please send it to us as a PDF file through our CONTACT US page.
We are only shipping to customers in the Continental USA. If you are in States outside that area like Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, or anywhere else in the world, please contact us before making your purchase, so we can give you an exact shipping cost.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
